|BEADGLASS TERMS & CONDITIONS OF SUPPLY.......RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS:
You may return eligible items to us within 14 days of your order being shipped for a store credit which you can redeem on your next purchase. Eligible items are those deemed to be wrongly supplied by Beadglass. We do not process exchanges, refunds or replacements unless items are deemed as wrongly supplied. This policy is only valid to the purchaser for up to 14 days from the date of invoice. Unfortunately after that time frame we cannot offer exchanges, refunds or replacements . To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.
1-If there is a problem with your order kindly contact us within 7 days.
2-Eligible products returned within 14 days will be issued a credit voucher for full value of item which is valid for 12 months from date of issue. If a refund is determined to be made due to an error in supplying the wrong item by Beadglass, we will provide a full refund , less a $2.50 administrative charge to cover bank fees plus a 10% restocking charge.
3 -A change of mind by the purchaser, about the item does not represent a reason for return of the item.
4-To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging, or a 15% restocking charge will be deducted.
5- Non returnable items include Books and Gift Cards.
6- Pack and wrap products carefully for return shipment. We recommend a reinforced padded bag for small items or extra padding, individually wrapped bundles in bubble wrap and in the case of glass in a reinforced box. For your protection we suggest you return goods by registered post or post with tracking.. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item unless you have registered or tracked your item.
7- Shipping costs are non-refundable.
